YOUR ROLE

 

As a Global Business Process Excellence intern, you will be actively involved in collecting and analyzing data related to transport flows, including traffic, costs, and delays. You will use statistical and IT tools to extract trends and insights, which will help optimize transport operations' performance. You will also support the development and optimization of transport plans, considering economic and operational constraints, while proposing improvement solutions to optimize routes and reduce costs.

You will participate in market studies to identify best practices and innovations in the transport sector, while conducting comparative benchmarks with key market players. In collaboration with teams, you will contribute to implementing innovative solutions by integrating new technologies and methods to improve operational efficiency, particularly in terms of process standardization and performance indicators (KPIs).

Your role will also involve strong interdepartmental collaboration with logistics, commercial, and other internal departments to ensure the effectiveness of transport services and satisfaction of customers and suppliers. You will be expected to prepare detailed reports on the results of analyses and studies, presenting conclusions and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders to promote informed strategic decision-making.

 

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSIONS?

 

  • Collect and analyze data related to transport flows (traffic, costs, delays, etc.).
  • Participate in the development and optimization of transport plans.
  • Conduct market studies and benchmarks to identify best practices in the sector.
  • Contribute to implementing innovative solutions to improve transport operations' efficiency.
  • Collaborate with various internal and external departments (logistics, sales, customers, suppliers).
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate the results of studies and recommendations.

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • Student in a Master's program (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in transport, logistics, or a similar field.
  • Proficiency in English (written and oral).
  • Previous experience in logistics is a plus.
  • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in tools (Excel, transport management software, data visualization tools).
  • Knowledge of Incoterms.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Autonomous, detail-oriented, and attentive.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
