YOUR ROLE

 

This function has 3 main proposes:

  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of Contract Logistics Systems/Processes and “PRIMO for BPE” program including PRIMO, process analysis, Cost, continuous improvement, tests & execution.
  • Act as the Project Management Professional for organizational and operational process improvements/system changes within the Contract Logistics
  • Act as Program Management Professional for the selected BPE program (e.g. PRIMO for BPE)

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • Lead the development of Contract Logistics applications & BPE programs. Document requirements for Contract Logistics application changes/development. Be responsible to successfully deployment and management of PRIMO for BPE program globally
  • Daily follow-up, review & support on change requests & Contract Logistics global projects and more specifically for the PRIMO for BPE program
  • Identify gaps and suggest improvement opportunities to optimize the current process and Contract Logistics applications and BPE programs and more specifically for PRIMO for BPE program
  • Coordinate UAT & training on Contract Logistics applications (VSM, Digital Library, PRIMO, Kaizen) with global SOE (Solution Operation Excellence community)
  • Keep the PRIMO for BPE applications and documentation up to date in coordination with the developing team. Successfully train BPE community on PRIMO.
  • Transfer knowledge to BPE community on the implementation of changes / new development in processes and Contract Logistics applications
  • Create and maintain training materials for Contract Logistics applications (PRIMO for BPE)
  • Analyze Kaizen data using the Dr. Kaizen database to identify patterns of root causes, symptoms and solutions in relation to PRIMO update findings. Consolidate findings and communicate them to the program manager.
  • Support to improve the logic and utilization of PRIMO for BPE using smart data analysis and enhance Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI) functions and capabilities
  • Manage process improvement projects on a global Contract Logistics level in close collaboration with the BLs
  • Collect, check and enter data for specific global reports


 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • University degree (or equivalent) in quantitative discipline (e.g. statistics, engineering), or business / Supply chain management/logistics with solid knowledge on cost and processes
  • Min. 2 years’ experience in operations – Contract Logistics operation, WMS experience
  • Very good knowledge of cost modules, CEVA processes.
  • Solid knowledge data analysis tools. Able to build and develop reports/databases (e.g., SQL, MS Access, Qlicksense, etc)
  • Understanding of Matrix WMS functionalities on all (operations) modules
  • Solid understanding and able to apply Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence (AI).
  • Awareness of process engineering and improvement methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions and make appropriate recommendations
  • Open to new concepts, ideas and eager to test and apply them.
  • Motivated, eager to learn
  • Good communication skills in English

 

DESIRABLE

  • MSc in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Management, Science
  • Good financial understanding Receptive to change Familiar with Kaizen
  • Understanding of industry requirements & trends

 

OTHER INFORMATION 

 

He/She will be specialized technically will be accountable for ongoing operation, works and supervises across a span of operations and complexity, he will apply a wide range of skills and principles and will work with several group of people including BPE Regional managers. Be able to travel 30% of his time.
