YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a Global Web Project Manager for a Fixed Term Contract of 4 months.
The Global Web Project Manager oversees the web roadmap and leads all web projects related to the development of cevalogistics.com the main website of CEVA Logistics showcasing the brand, its profile, its governance, its products as well as its job offers.
You will protect the digital standards of the company as well as its web policy You will also lead the designs and deployment of communications activities and campaigns on the website.
You will monitor the performance of the website in terms of business generation, customer care and employer attractiveness.
This position is a job combination between Web Project management, Corporate/Institutional Communications and Marketing Communications.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Guiding internal and external teams in web projects: from intake of projects and requests, to briefing, defining scope of work, planning, execution, and reporting.
- Act as the liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors (website, developers, designers, technical partners).
- Consulting with internal stakeholders to determine the business and technical requirements for website's desired appearance and functionalities.
- Transform business and technical requirements into implementation/ detailed project plans including scope, budget, resources, and timeline.
- Proactively monitor projects progress and budget, addresses bottlenecks and adjusts the timeline and deliverables where necessary.
- Leads daily or weekly project team meetings to review progress, set priorities, gather team feedback, identify blockers and solutions.
- Preparing project progress updates for senior executives and performing website demonstrations
- Documenting website development processes and procedures.
- Publish content including integration of images, videos, and plugins; ensuring brand guidelines are met and SEO techniques are followed
- Collaborate with web developers and hosting companies to ensure uptime and necessary updates are managed.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- University Bachelor’s Degree or more with a specialization in Marketing.
- 10 years experience in web project management for a web agency or in a similar industry.
- Business understanding (market knowledge in area of work, intl. exposure & awareness)
- Extensive knowledge of advancements and trends related to website design and technologies.
- Prior experience in content management, good understanding of Drupal content management system.
- Advanced knowledge of marketing automation technics, lead generation processes and online customer journey.
- Ability to understand highly technical concept and web applications.
- Ability to bring creativity and innovation to web development projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Slack and website tools: Google Analytics, Google apps (such as tag manager, data studio), SEMrush, newsletter/SMTP.
- Leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the most important social media platforms (Linkedin, Twitter, WeChat, Facebook, Instagram, etc)
- Good knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and media editing software
- Knowledge of web design
- Excellent writing skills
- Capable of understanding business challenges / issues and translating them into communication proposals
- Capable of developing messages for website content and communications campaigns
