YOUR ROLE

 

Our Human Resources team have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and commercially minded HR Business Partner where you will work in collaboration with senior leaders and managers within our Air and Ocean teams across Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway.

 

Based in Gothenburg, Sweden, you will play a pivotal role in cementing a crucial link between the business and human resources, supporting in key projects that underpin our ongoing journey of business change and transformation.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

Reporting into the Head of HR for Freight Management, you will use your exceptional stakeholder management skills to drive engagement across our management population focused on harmonising synergies across our dispersed teams through a period of integration, transformation and change.   

 

While acting as an independent HR Business Partner for our Nordic Air and Ocean teams, you will regularly collaborate with our UK Centre of Excellence teams to support you with deployment of strategic projects relating to new business, recruitment, reward, employee engagement, organisational change, performance management, talent management and employee relations.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

We are looking for an exceptionally talented and driven HR individual with a dynamic and innovative style who will proactively build relationships with key business leaders using a collaborative, partnership approach. You will also be a credible and commercial operator with strong problem solving and influencing skills, comfortable working at pace in a transformative and contract-led business environment with significant experience of managing local legal implication, employment entities, change agendas and projects.

 

Ideally you will have some great experience working for a third-party logistics provider or freight forwarding operation and be familiar with managing change, the talent agenda, and legal implications and regulations.

 

This role requires someone who has a good level of english speaking and understanding as you will engage with a wider population of colleagues across our UK, Ireland and Nordic teams. You will also need to take a flexible approach as you will support managers who are dispersed across Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway.
