For our location GB6 in Großbeeren by Berlin, we are looking for a Area Lead (m/f/d) Production .

YOUR FUTURE ROLE:

• You manage a department of up to 150 people from a technical and disciplinary perspective
• You are responsible for ensuring the achievement of targets against the background of quality and cost awareness
• You monitor compliance with daily and shift targets as well as productivity, house rules, occupational safety and environmental regulations
• You support the development and implementation of measures to increase productivity and quality and optimise the use of materials and production time Organisation of work processes

THAT'S WHAT WE WANT: 

• Your basis is a successfully completed vocational training in logistics or similar
• You have relevant professional experience in a management position in the warehouse/logistics sector
• You impress with your personal commitment, sense of responsibility, reliability and flexibility 
• You communicate confidently in written and spoken German or English, ideally in addition to other foreign language skills (e.g. Polish)
• Your willingness to work shifts and Saturdays (3-shift system) rounds off your profile
• You have a cultivated way of dealing with other nationalities and have the ability to recognise and resolve conflicts in a timely
