For our location in Großbeeren near Berlin, we are looking for a Controller (m/f/d) Contract Logistics

 

Facts, figures and data are your WORLD! As a Controller (m/f/d), you will independently create reports, statistics and analyses of our key productivity figures. In addition, you will continuously develop our existing reporting processes and use your expertise to contribute to successful quality management and be in regular contact with our Operations Management. We would love to be impressed by your affinity for figures and your ability to analyse and give you the chance to join us on our growth path.

 

YOUR FUTURE ROLE:

 

  • You are responsible for our reporting in the operational business area and are responsible for analysing and evaluating the reports.
  • You are responsible for preparing the contract logistics budget and forecasts and ensure compliance with the budget and forecast values.
  • You determine KPIs and carry out target/actual analyses, prepare the variance analysis and derive recommendations for action.
  • You control our Kronos/SAP time management for internal and external employees and the procurement of temporary workers.
  • You prepare our monthly financial statements and monthly KPIs, check incoming invoices and always keep an eye on cost trends.
  • You evaluate and invoice services provided.
  • You do the holiday and resource planning for our staff.

 

THAT'S WHAT WE WANT:

 

  • Your basis is a successfully completed degree specialising in finance/controlling or comparable training.
  • You already have relevant experience in controlling, preferably in a logistics company.
  • You are characterised by your analytical and entrepreneurial thinking, your solution-oriented and proactive way of working and your excellent self-management skills.
  • You can communicate very well in English.
  • You have a high level of analytical and conceptual skills.
  • You have excellent MS Office 365 skills.
  • You already have basic knowledge of structured databases and preferably some experience with the Tableau tool.
