For our location GB2 in Großbeeren near Berlin we are looking for a Facility Employee (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

YOUR FUTURE ROLE:

• You will carry out daily checks on the functionality of the entire facility and will be responsible for identifying damage, replacing light bulbs throughout the building and maintaining systems and equipment.
• You will carry out inspections of our sanitary facilities and perform minor repair tasks (e.g. replacing flushers, clearing blockages)
• You will also be responsible for setting up and dismantling technical and building services systems and office equipment
• If required, you will support our office
• You will monitor and supervise external construction work and carry out all repair work relating to maintenance
• You will be responsible for procuring small materials (Hornbach, Würth, etc.) and collecting them from other local sites

YOUR IDEAL PROFILE:

• Your basis is your manual dexterity with a high willingness to learn and a comprehensive technical understanding
• You communicate confidently in written and spoken German, ideally in combination with other foreign language skills (e.g. Polish, English)
• Your independent and autonomous way of working, communicative and friendly personality and your flexibility are convincing
• A car driving licence and a forklift track are advantageous (internal qualification possible) and round off your profile
