At the earliest possible date, we are looking for a Process Engineer (m/f/d) Intralogistics for our site in Großbeeren (Southern Berlin).

YOUR FUTURE TASKS: 

• You will be responsible for technical standards such as process flow charts, WMS dashboards, time measurements and technical drawings
• You will provide feasibility assessments and business cases by analysing current intralogistic processes, identifying bottlenecks and solutions to improve the overall efficiency of the fulfilment centre
• You will be the project manager for improvement projects in a specific area of the fulfilment centre, organising the project using standard documents such as a project plan, stakeholder management, etc
• You will apply lean management philosophy to all your projects
• You will consult your colleagues in logistics operations with assessments to make smart decisions and meet KPIs and SLAs

YOUR IDEAL PROFILE:

• Degree in the STEM field (logistics, engineering, economics, industrial engineering or similar)
• Experience in logistics or intralogistics, engineering, lean management
• Experience in project management methodologies and lean tools
• Experience in agile management is beneficial
• Strong analytical skills
• A solution-oriented, communicative team player with a structured approach to solving complex situations
• Proactiveness, autonomy and responsibility
• Fluency in English with knowledge of German or Polish as an advantage
• A good knowledge of Microsoft Office
