Site Manager (m/f/d) Contract Logistics

For our site in Großbeeren near Berlin, we are looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) in the Contract Logistics department to start as soon as possible.

 

YOUR FUTURE ROLL:

 

  • You are the first point of contact for our customers, service providers and suppliers at the site.
  • You are responsible for ensuring and adhering to the contractual scope of services for our customer in compliance with the defined customer requirements (e.g. KPI compliance, delivery reliability, etc.) and the defined productivity targets.
  • You are responsible for the business monitoring and proper invoicing of the contract as well as the creation, monitoring and compliance with key figures.
  • You are responsible for the management, organization and development of warehouse and transport logistics at the site.
  • You are responsible for the disciplinary and technical management, control, motivation and deployment planning of all subordinate commercial and industrial employees at the site.
  • You ensure a smooth workflow at the site and its permanent optimization.
  • You are responsible for the P&L / budget for the entire location.
  • You monitor compliance with applicable legal and internal safety, audit, occupational health and safety, environmental, customer and quality requirements
  • You are responsible for technical, organizational and personnel adjustments to changing conditions in coordination with the management.
  • You report to the management / area manager.

 

THAT'S WHAT WE WANT:

 

  • You have a degree in logistics/engineering/business administration or a comparable qualification.
  • You already have several years of professional experience in a comparable position with a very good understanding of logistics (desirable: very good knowledge of eCommerce).
  • You have knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 50001.
  • You communicate confidently in written and spoken German and English, other foreign languages such as Polish are desirable.
  • You have an impressive strategic mindset, are able to plan and execute effectively and have experience in change management.
  • Your strong negotiating skills and analytical abilities round off your profile.
