For our location in Großbeeren we are looking for a Team Leader (m/f/d) Purchasing.

 

As the leader (m/f/d) of our purchasing department, you have an important key position and are responsible for the smooth running of the daily business. Your responsibilities include regulating processes, ensuring quality and promoting general operational readiness.


YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • You have the disciplinary and technical leadership of a purchasing team of 3 employees and the team leader material management.
  • You take over the project responsibility in the area of operational purchasing and support your colleagues in the planning as well as implementation of various concepts.
  • You monitor the short and medium term material supply across all commodity groups for our warehouse.
  • You implement the central purchasing and compliance guidelines of the group.
  • You communicate the purchase requisitions with the respective departments and the customer in English.

 

WHAT WE WANT:

 

  • Your basis is a completed business degree with a focus on purchasing/materials management or a comparable qualification with at least 3 years of professional experience.
  • You are responsible for the promotion, motivation and further development of your employees.
  • You have good knowledge of the common MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • You communicate confidently in German and English (B1), ideally in addition to other foreign language skills (e.g. Polish).
  • You convince with your communication and negotiation skills and keep a clear head even in unforeseen situations.
  • Your excellent organizational skills and process affinity round out your profile.
