YOUR ROLE
The HR Generalist intern will assist the HR Manager of CL France with several key tasks: organizing meetings with the Staff Representatives (IRP) and monitoring legal obligations, managing the training plan (organization, tracking, reporting), as well as monitoring professional and performance review campaigns. They will also provide support for HR development projects. This role offers valuable experience in managing social relations, training, and talent development.
WHAT WILL YOUR MISSIONS BE?
Reporting to the HR Manager of CL France, the HR Generalist intern will assist in managing social relations, monitoring the training plan, organizing professional and performance review campaigns, and supporting HR development projects. They will also contribute to optimizing HR processes and administrative follow-up, ensuring data is up-to-date and legal obligations are met.
Management of Staff Representative Bodies (IRP)

Planning and organizing meetings with IRP in collaboration with management

Drafting meeting minutes (PV)

Monitoring representative delegates’ hours

Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory obligations regarding social relations

Facilitating effective communication between management, the HR department, and staff representatives
Training Plan Management

Developing and updating the training plan based on identified needs

Organizing and tracking training actions

Managing relationships with external training providers
-
Monitoring and reporting on implemented training actions
Management of Professional and Performance Review Campaigns

Coordinating professional and performance review campaigns

Tracking the completion of reviews

Supporting managers and employees in conducting the reviews
HR Development Projects Support

Assisting in the design and implementation of HR development projects
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Student at the Bac+4 / Master 1st year level in Human Resources, Labor Law, or a related field

Fluent in English and proficient with office software
