Für unseren Standort in Hamburg Hausbruch (MWZ) suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Technischen Hausmeister (m/w/d).

DEINE AUFGABEN

Überwachung, Steuerung und Wartung der Heizungs-, Lüftungs-, Sanitär und Elektroanlagen
Wartung der Lagertechnik nach Prüfplan
Terminkoordination mit externen Dienstleistern
Dokumentation
Durchführung von Umbauten der technischen Infrastruktur
Einholen von Angeboten bei externen Dienstleistern in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkauf

DEIN PROFIL

Bestenfalls abgeschlossene handwerkliche Berufsausbildung in Berufen, die im Hausmeisterbereich Anwendung finden (vorzugsweise Anlagenmechaniker/in für Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimatechnik)
Kenntnisse im Bereich Wartung, Bedienung und Instandhaltung
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Hands-On Mentalität
Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC (Ticketsystem)
Bereitschaft im 3-Schicht-Modell zu arbeiten mit Start um 6:00,14:00 oder 22:00 Uhr
