For our location in Hamburg Wilhelmsburg we are looking for a “Warehouse Booking systems employee (M/F/D)” as soon as possible.




  • You are responsible for the handling of incoming and outgoing vehicles and check the accompanying documents with the delivered goods.
  • You support our incoming and outgoing goods inspections.
  • You are responsible for documenting damage.
  • You carry out the booking processes in SAP/AP1.
  • You provide goods for further processing.
  • You will support the implementation of operational processes for the smooth processing of customer orders in compliance with operational and legal requirements regarding occupational safety, environmental and quality management.
  • You will be involved in the implementation of 5S in our logistics center.




  • You have already gained experience in a logistics company.
  • You communicate confidently in written and spoken German, preferably in combination with other foreign language skills such as English
  • You have good user knowledge of various IT systems (SAP/AP1, Word, Excel)
  • You impress with your responsible, careful way of working and your accuracy, especially when counting and checking the delivered goods and packages for damage
  • Criteria such as an impeccable police clearance certificate for a successful background check (ZÜP) are a prerequisite




  • 2,497.83 euros fixed salary (incl. Functional bonus, plus night-time surcharge 25%) for a full-time job of 38 h/week
