Ocean Operations Administrator Vietnam

YOUR ROLE

Ocean Operations Administrator – Documentation is responsible for set of Documentation of export shipments from Viet Nam. They will be first contact for Bill of Lading/ Export Manifest and Invoice. Moreover, they also work closely with Procurement & Pricing/ Customer Service Department to maintain a profitable gross yield

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Submitting Shipping Instruction/ VGM to Ocean Master Carrier/Coloader
• Issuing Bill of Lading/ FCR/ Invoice based on CEVA’s Global Compliance
• Filling Export Manifest for shipments to JP/US/MX/CA/SA
• Closing shipment’s PnL
• Solving customer’s problem relating Documentation/ Export Manifest/ PnL
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business/ Supply Chain/ Logistics, or related field
• Having experience in ocean freight/ ocean services
• Fresher with strong knowledge of Logistics industry is acceptable
• Good at customer service, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English, analysis skill and logical thinking
