Oil & Gas Executive

YOUR ROLE

• Handle import/export shipments for customers in O&G field

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Handle non-quota import shipments for Baker Hughes and trucking arrangement for SLB
• Work with vendor to proceed customs clearance and arrange delivery
• Manage temporary import/ export shipments report
• Update daily and monthly report to Baker Hughes
• Check vendor cost, prepare Debit note and proceed billing for customers
• Update database for translation and HS code

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics
• Good knowledge of Incoterm, Customs regulation. 
• Team working, Time management, Methodical working
