JOB PURPOSE
The Air Charter & Time Critical Services Specialist focusing on providing tailored logistics solutions (Air Charter & TCS) for our clients; ensuring operational excellence in conjunction with CEVA offices & global network. Negotiating to assure profitable customer-oriented Air Charter and Time Critical Services solution, development and offering 24/7 in conjunction with the global colleagues.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Coordinate pricing opportunities/logistics solution planning in relation to Air Charter & Air TCS bid opportunities 24/7
- Support BD regionally on sales leads and complete customer proposals (ad hoc/long term)
- Operational planning, customer service support, execution & coordination
- Identify, develop, and build business network and relationship with customers and key decision makers, to grow the business
- Management of financial processes and ensure on-time file handling & administrational reporting accuracy including timely billing and proper terms agreements with customers
- Best in class service level offering for air charters and time critical services according to SOP/CEVA standard & policy against strict, published, operational KPIs
- Job monitoring and controlling
- Shift rotation/standby duties
KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Co-ordination of handling agents, carrier & vendors, to ensure best in class product;
Direct customer contact, product to support BD in helping to translate operational language into customer language;
Negotiating with vendors and build strong network with global CEVA team;
Close corporation with global Air Charter & TCS team to support follow the sun set-up & ensure 24/7 coverage;
Effective, frequent and efficient communications with all stakeholder.
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Specialist Knowledge & Skills | Strong Airfreight knowledge/background; Strong Negotiation Skills; Project Management Skills Language: Fluent Business English, Cantonese + Mandarin | Proven experience in air chartering or time critical services |
