YOUR ROLE

The primary role of this position is to manage the operational implementations within CEVA’s Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) Division. This role ensures a quality delivery of a predefined operational supply chain solution(s) as selected to support a new or existing customer need. The requirement of the role extends participate as a operational specialist in strategy meetings and develop standard operating procedures (SOP’s).  

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
 

  • Effectively identifying business rules and requirements
  • Development of Standard Operating Procedure
  • Coordination with origin to execute operational implementation
  • Train SCS Origin/Destination on new business requirements
  • Provide assistance during vendor seminar preparation
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
  • Achieve post implementation steady-state and transition to Origin Operations/Destination Account Management
  • Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Fluent in English written and spoken.
  • University degree or Business or college diploma in Logistics/Transportation or 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Customer Support or Account Management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution
  • Proven track record delivering successful account management
  • The role requires Business knowledge to continuously implement industry best practices to customer implementations
  • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative
  • Team environment is essential

 

Skills:  

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications.

 

Characteristics:

  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop appropriate solutions.
