As part of the ONE TMS 2.0 initiative, the role of the Solution Architect is to design, develop, and implement scalable architectural solutions for the all the solutions inside of the program.

The Solution Architect will define and oversee technical and integration strategies, including CargoWise, TOM, One Connector (OCO), internal tools, and decision-support systems. This role involves working with multiple stakeholders (MyCeva, OFS, Link, Optim V2, DMP Quote, etc.) to provide innovative and efficient solutions.

 

Key Accountabilities


 

  1.  

Define the technical architecture and ensure alignment with CEVA’s IT ecosystem.

 

  1.  

Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

  1.  

Design and oversee integration workflows between TOM, CargoWise One, OCO and external applications.

 

  1.  

Develop and maintain technical documentation (architecture diagrams, API specs, deployment guidelines).

  1.  

Support the implementation of new features, ensuring smooth development and deployment.

  1.  

Work closely with development teams to ensure compliance with best practices and architectural standards.

  1.  

Oversee system testing, validation, and performance tuning to guarantee reliability.

  1.  

Provide technical leadership in cross-functional projects and collaborate with key stakeholders.

 

  1.  

Ensure a seamless deployment across CEVA’s global operations (potential travel required).

  1.  

Continuously evaluate new technologies to drive improvements in system architecture and integration.

Education & Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

 

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, application design, or IT system integration.
  • Strong knowledge of TMS systems and supply chain solutions.

Specialist Knowledge & Skills

  • Expertise in system architecture, APIs, and cloud-based integration (Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Strong background in data modeling, application design, and software development.
  • Fluent English
  • Experience with CargoWise One and enterprise IT solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines).

 

Interpersonal & Communication Skills

  • Strong ability to analyze business needs and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment and lead cross-functional projects.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
