YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a detail-oriented IT Product Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with Business, Product Management Experts, and other stakeholders in capturing and translating business requirements into user stories, configuring, and testing feature enhancements and updating marketing and technical documentation. This role requires strong analytical skills, solid communication abilities, and a good understanding of IT systems and business processes.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Collaborate with Business and Product Management Experts stakeholders, including internal teams and customers
- Write user stories corresponding to the business needs with the appropriate level of detail for the product engineering teams.
- Perform configuration based on documented requirements
- Tests and validate new and enhanced product features.
- Participate in all agile ceremonies for assigned backlog items
- Write detailed technical and marketing material based on CEVA standards
- Assist in product demonstrations to various stakeholders
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Minimum:
- Proven experience as a Product Analyst or similar role in an IT environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a business, process or functional analyst for an IT organization
Requirements:
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Capable of communicating and interacting effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds and the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees and vendors.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and related job specific software applications.
- Ability to learn and understand complex computer hardware and software technology.
- Ability to communicate complex situations quickly and clearly to people with a variety of technical skills.
- Ability to resolve issues quickly and correctly.
- Ability to develop and document processes and procedures.
- Ability to work as a member of a team.
- Ability to work independently while following established policy and procedures.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
