YOUR ROLE
Manage a complete set of indicators and feedback processes to ensure high data quality, providing reliable and trustworthy information for effective decision-making on both strategic and operational matters, at both local and global levels.
The Data Coordinator plays a key role in improving data quality within the CL Datalake program. The coordinator will be an extension of the program with a strong ability to quickly analyze large amounts of data to examine, analyze, and improve the data in reports. They will work in a global environment to implement a consistent process for all types of data used across different technologies.
This role is essential to foster a data-driven culture within contractual logistics, improving data quality efficiently and effectively. The Global Solutions & Operations Excellence (SOE) team leads strategic programs that support 1,500 operations in over 40 countries, covering topics such as business process engineering, continuous improvement, solution design, project management, innovation, sustainability, and more. Digital tools and applications add significant value by making these programs more efficient and increasing user engagement and satisfaction with operational teams worldwide.
WHAT WILL YOUR MISSIONS BE?

Be a champion for a data-driven culture: Advocate for the role of quality data in organizational decision-making. Collaborate closely with data leads from different departments, including Finance, Operations, and others, to ensure data alignment and consistency.

Data Quality Management: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data in the CL Datalake. Conduct regular assessments and audits of data quality to identify and resolve issues. Develop and implement procedures for periodic audits of master data to identify inconsistencies, unused or duplicate definitions, incomplete or corrupted data hierarchies, and clean them to enhance system performance and enable users to optimize system capabilities.

Collaboration: Work with people across the globe, including regional administrators and contributors, to define data standards. Provide guidance and support to collaborators on best practices for data management.

Reporting: Use tools like QlikSense, Power Apps, and others to generate value-added insights for key users in various business areas. Maintain monthly KPIs for monitoring and communication with stakeholders.

Exploration: Proactively engage with other SOE disciplines (e.g., SD, ZDS, BPE, Smart, Innovation) and other CEVA functions (e.g., IT, HR, Finance) to support data management and quality campaigns in their areas.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
A Master’s level student or a 3rd-year engineering student, specializing in Data Analysis, Engineering, or possibly Logistics (this is not an exclusive requirement).
Required Skills:
- Ideally, you have experience in data management and analysis in a dynamic environment.
- You are proficient in Excel (advanced functions, PivotTables, VBA), as well as tools like QlikSense, Power BI, Tableau, and are comfortable with languages such as Python, R, and SQL for data processing and management.
- You have a bilingual level of English, enabling effective communication in an international environment.
