YOUR ROLE

The intern's role will be to manage all aspects of internal communication at CEVA Logistics. This includes coordinating and distributing information across various departments, ensuring effective communication between teams, and supporting the creation of internal newsletters, announcements, and other communication materials. The intern will also assist in organizing internal events and initiatives to foster engagement and maintain a cohesive work environment across the company.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSIONS?

Assist the internal communication management team on a daily basis: writing internal messages, newsletters, organizing internal events, and managing internal social networks. Support internal communication projects and contribute to their follow-up. Assist with the overall internal communication strategy. Help with project management and support the internal communication team in various tasks. Engage in internal communication activities under the guidance of the Global Internal Communication Leader. Actively participate in the rollout of the new global intranet launched on September 12.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Degree: Bac+3/4
• Field of study: Communication, Project Management or Management
• Experience in the field: 2 years of experience in communication, someone who has already worked internationally.
• Hard skills: Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite, proficiency with Canva.
• Languages: Proficiency in French.and English C1 minimum required
• Soft skills: Agile, autonomous, versatile, with good stress resistance, strong adaptability, pragmatic, and with good writing and interpersonal skills.
