HOW DO YOU MAKE OUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY?

By ensuring our Inventory management! A role in which you can make the difference. And it is up to you to get that out of it! How are you going to do that? By managing and analyzing the inventory counts. The dynamics are great - you never get bored! You can keep a good overview to make the management of our stock run efficiently. And analysis skills to solve and improve any problems.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS INVENTORY ANALYST?

You will prepare, organize and have the inventory counts carried out by the warehouse team! You will do this using our systems and Excel. You will report on the progress and movements of the products. You will investigate and proactively tackle any problems that occur! You will also look at which improvements we can apply to our inventory management. So you will be found both in the office and in the warehouse, where you will be in frequent contact with Customer Service and Warehouse Operations!

 

  • Prepare, organize and have inventory counts carried out;
  • Investigate and resolve customer requests regarding inventory management;
  • Investigate and resolve any problems that arise;
  • Discover and implement opportunities for improvements;
  • Report on the progress of the inventory;
     

WHAY DOES THIS ROLE MATCH WITH YOU?

  • Logistics is in your blood! You possibly have an HBO diploma in Logistics;
  • You feel passionate about inventory management! A few years of experience is a plus;
  • You are good with Excel! Pivot tables or VlookUp are not strange to you;
  • You can make yourself understood in English in word and writing;
  • You easily discover opportunities for improvements and you are happy to take them on!

 

WHERE ARE YOU GOING TO WORK?

You will be working in Eindhoven! There you will be part of a team of fifteen employees. Together with the Office Supervisor, to whom you report, you will ensure that the occupancy rate of the warehouse remains within the limit by efficiently organizing the stock. You will do this in a driven and professional atmosphere, where there is plenty of room for fun and connection!

  • A gross monthly salary between € 2.567 and € 3.512 plus 8% holiday pay (classification depending on, among other things, your work experience and level of education);
  • A one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment;
  • Participation in our own CEVA collective labor agreement (can be found via this link);
  • 25 vacation days, 5 ADV days and the possibility to (sell) buy extra leave;
  • Profit sharing of max. 3% for positive company results;
  • Travel allowance from 10.0 km home-work distance;
