YOUR ROLE 

At our campus in Roosendaal, we are looking for an Admin Employee A at the Inventory Control (IVC) department. In this versatile role as Admin, you will be working closely together with Troubleshooters and other Admins to investigate and correct stock discrepancies.  

 

Daily you will be solving inventory problems and associated operational problems such as insufficient available stock or incomplete deliveries processing changes and making corrections. Executing stock counts and generating, arranging, and editing data from files and archives. 

 

You will carry out other administrative tasks such as reporting and monitoring discrepancies and stock adjustments, and brainstorm ideas for solutions which can decrease these issues. You will be also actively working on the floor solving daily issues related to stock. 

 

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO? 

As an admin employee you will investigate, and report stock related problems to your supervisors and assist the Trouble Shooters of inventory control. Your workplace is in Roosendaal, and we serve various customers on this campus, including fashion and industrial clients. The client you will be working for is a fashion client for whom we supply 70+ European stores. Depending on the season, there are 300-600 people working here. Our warehouse is approximately 70,000 m2 in size, and you will be part of a dedicated and international team. 

 

The warehouse operates from 06:00 AM to 00:00 AM, so the role involves shift operations. The working hours are 06:00 AM to 03:00 PM and 03:00 PM to 00:00 AM. Approximately 9 weeks a year you will be working from 04:00 AM to 1:00pm. 

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

You are energetic and motivated to play in a team. Quality is your focus, and you quickly grasp processes and procedures. Additionally, you come up with initiatives that can be used for improvements. Morover, you bring the following knowledge and experience: 

  • Experience in Logistics, Retail, FMCG or Production; 

  • Passion for working in a LEAN environment and the ambition to continuously improve (processes); 

  • Knowledge of warehousing and automated information systems; 

  • Good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
