WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • To ensure that customer requests are transmitted to the operation in the best possible way.
  • Perform all the relevant order processing, order management, including order acknowledgement and order confirmation for the customer using available tools/systems,
  • Preparing the necessary customer reports.
  • Launch projects related to customer requests.
  • To ensure the preparation of the customers vehicle waybills and necessary documents
  • To ensure healthy coordination with the transportation company and the customer in order to ensure the healthy operation of all vehicle deliveries.
  • To have the vehicles that will be returned to the dealer ready at the dealers and to be in contact with the shipper company that will pick up the vehicle.
  • Tracking the operations of the customers vehicles in the workshop

 

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

To be assigned as  Customer Representative in Finished Vehicle Logistics Operations Department, located in Gölcük/İzmit-Kocaeli

  • Graduated from related departments of universities,
  • Proficient in MS Office programs,
  • Strong planning and organizational skills,
  • Problem solving approach with the ability to provide agile and innovative solutions
