           YOUR ROLE 

 

        We are looking for an Account Handler to be responsible for managing the inventory and financial records of the warehouse. As an ideal candidate, you are required to be experienced in the warehouse management,              accounting and financial analysis.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? 

 

       Main areas of focus and accountability of the role – detail in order of importance the main areas of      accountability of the role:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
  • Track the movement of products in and out of the warehouse.
  • Work with warehouse staff to ensure inventory levels are sufficient for customer needs.
  • Analyse financial data to determine the profitability of products and services.
  • Generate financial reports for management review.
  • Communicate with customers to resolve any account issues or discrepancies.
  • Implement best practices to streamline warehouse operations and improve efficiency.
  • Assign tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training and feedback.
  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and concerns and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and develop new business relationships.
  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reports to track the performance of the warehouse against key metrics.
  • Conduct regular analysis of KPI data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Be compliant with any CEVA Business Rules and Core Values
  • Perform other Adhoc duties as requested by management

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?  

               

                Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.

 

               Experience:

 

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, customer service or a related fie

 

             Specialist Knowledge & Skills:

 

  • The Warehouse Account Handler should be comfortable with data analysis tools and techniques and have the ability to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems and procedures

 

              Interpersonal & Communication Skills:

 

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and weekends as needed
