YOUR ROLE
We are looking for CL Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day the day-to-day operations of our company. You will be responsible to manage and improve business operations, drive productivity, and ensure the company meets its goals and objectives.
Operations Manager must support the development of the business and ensure CEVA business rules are followed.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Main areas of focus and accountability of the role – detail in order of importance the main areas of accountability of the role:
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure efficient and effective business operations.
- Support CL circle of life vision through collaborating with inter departmental stake holders such as BD, SD, ZDS, BPE, procurement, HR and finance.
- Analyze and evaluate current operational procedures and make recommendations for improvements.
- Manage and monitor departmental budgets and expenses to ensure financial goals are met.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that business operations are aligned with the company's strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners to ensure the timely delivery of products and services.
- Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters.
- Monitor contracts and move forward with closeout, extension or renewal according to what is best for the company.
- Solve any contract-related problems that may arise with other parties and internally with the company itself.
- Manage and oversee the daily activities of employees and departments, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that products and services meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
- Develop and implement contingency plans to address potential risks and issues that may impact business operations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety regulations, labor laws, and environmental regulations.
- Be compliance with any CEVA Business Rules and Core Values
- Perform other duties as required.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
Experience:
At least 5-7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar environment
Specialist Knowledge & Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of business operations, including supply chain management, logistics, and inventory management.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with relevant software and systems, including ERP and CRM systems.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Interpersonal & Communication Skills:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and coach team members.
