Autotransporter Fleet Operations Coordinator

Are you known for your leadership skills? Are you passionate about create new project and know how to manage a fleet and drivers? If so, this is a unique opportunity to be part of a global project where you will be a leader in the local market, be able to build your entire team from the very beginning and be responsible for every aspect of the creation of a new division of our company in Lithuania.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Supervision and coordination of drivers' work and related documentation and procedures
  • Ongoing analysis of truck fleet operating cost data
  • Quality monitoring of the drivers' work
  • Technical acceptance of trucks from suppliers
  • Supervision and control of timely execution (related truck/ trailer)
  • Coordination and supervision of the repair process of autotransporters.
  • Preparation of monthly reports related costs of trucks and their analysis.
  • Provision of working clothes for subordinate employees
  • Dealing with formalities related to registration and deregistration, organisation of insurance policy, etc. FVL fleet
  • Monitoring and updating the transport department's processes and documentation in accordance with quality requirements
  • Telephone availability for drivers after working hours on weekdays and weekends
  • Working in close cooperation with other organisational units of the company
  • Knowledge of, and compliance with, regulations relating to gross vehicle weights, height, vehicle length and cabotage regulations
  • Complying with health, safety and fire safety regulations and internal rules and regulations
  • Absolutely observe professional secrecy regarding all comply with all business information, especially rates, both internally and externally. This does not apply to the rates contained in the publicly available and valid applicable price list.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Knowledge of current legislation on national and international transport
  • Knowledge of regulations governing drivers' working and driving hours
  • Knowledge of national and international road traffic regulations, in particular with regard to vehicle restrictions (tonnage, dimensional restrictions) v tonnage restrictions, overall weight restrictions, driving ban, cabotage regulations)
  • Obligation to hold a haulier's certificate of competence
  • Computer literacy, in particular MS Office software,
  • Ability to communicate freely in English, Russian
