CMA Terminals is a port operator used to develop, design, build, own and operate terminals and dry docks. CMA Terminals welcomes CMA CGM lines but also invites all shipping companies to develop terminals and offer a top quality service.
Summary:
This position is to provide service for occupation accident solving, recovery and prevention within the area of safety & health, environmental protection, fire-fighting, dangerous cargos handling regulation. Main business area is to monitor and audit the working behavior of our staff and mechanics of vendors in Kao Terminal, with safe equipment, facilities and safe physical environment.
Key Accountabilities: 1. Assisting operation teams to handle accident by coordinating with Kao Port authority, police, occupation inspection bureau, environment protection bureau, fire brigade, emergency rescue team. 2. Assisting to implement Occupation Safety & Health Management System for meet law required. 3. Assisting operation teams to handle and treat wasted material per environment protection laws. 4.Monitoring operation of dangerous cargo to comply with Taiwan environment Laws requirement. 5.Continuing monitoring and auditing to ensure the working activities, equipments & environment are safe and complied with laws and company rules. 6.Implementing ISPS (international ships & ports security) activities, such as drills, exercises, per KHB regulations and requirement. 7. Maintaining & monitoring Kao terminal facilities and operation to comply with local fire regulations with fire prevention training, fire-fighting drills and exercise. 8. Assisting operation teams to handle and treat wasted water and air pollution per environment protection laws. 9. Assisting to implement and comply with the standards of the CMA CGM QSSE Terminals dept. within HSSE Management System of terminal. 10.Ensure the compliance of the reporting policy of CMA CGM QSSE Terminals Dept. by using the cooperate reporting tool Tin@.
Qualification and Experiences: a. Bachelor's Degree b. 5~10 years experience in safety and health related work.
Key Competencies: 1. Must maintain labor safety and health administrator certification. 2. Must maintain CPR certification.3. Thorough knowledge of labor safety and health regulations/laws.4. Problem Solving, planning, communication, coordination.
