YOUR ROLE

 

Reporting to the Stock & Systems Manager you will be responsible for leading a team of inventory operators across our site in Daventry, where we house over 9 core customers. You will oversee the smooth and efficient entry for all stock & location data, prepare stock checks and maintain the integrity of the stock systems.

 

This is a Monday – Friday role working 6:30am – 2:30pm.

 

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • Ensure the stock is available, in the correct locations and managed to ensure client service levels and KPI’s are exceeded.
  • Produce weekly and monthly statistical reports.
  • Ensure your team are trained and confident to process all stock related activities across all site WMSs.
  • Review all stock related KPI’s are delivered by regularly reviewing the system to ensure performance to support growing operational requirements.
  • First point of call for any system performance issues.
  • Support consumable management process for all contracts.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

To be successful in this role it is essential you have previous experience of working in a inventory based role with experience of supervising a small team, with the ability to develop and train individuals. You will have proven experience of producing reports and statistical analysis, managing stock levels and be able to demonstrate experience of driving best practice.
