WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
 

 

  • Active search for and addressing suitable candidates in databases and on social networks; 
  • Administration of the company database of job applicants, including continuous updates; 
  • Performance of the recruitment, also in the field, as required by the employer; 
  • Presentation of job vacancies and working conditions;
  • Active addressing of candidates via email and by phone; 
  • Organising meetings with job applicants; ensuring the feedback from job applicants;
  • Coordinate the employment commencement procedure, as well as related transport and administration (medical examinations, criminal records, initial training for new employees, employment contracts, employment commencement documents);
  • Timely filling of the vacant jobs included in the recruitment; 
  • Faultless preparation of the initial documentation for new employees;
  • Ensuring the feedback from job applicants
  • Other tasks as instructed and ordered by the line manager.
