IT MANAGER EUROPE
Based in Kostolne Kracany (Slovakia).
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
The Site IT Infrastructure Manager is coordinating and supervising the work of local IT Infra department to ensure:
a) High level of customer satisfaction
b) High level of user support in order to achieve business goals
c) Security of stored data
d) High quality level of local IT Infra services
Main Responsabilities:
- Managing the work of the site IT Infrastructure Department.
- Ensuring the continuity of IT equipment and IT services operations.
- Manage, research, and resolve complex end-user escalation incidents.
- Responsibility for the security of data storage, both against internal and external interference.
- Ensure IT Infrastructure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations in their area / hall / warehouse, organization of workplaces in accordance with the provisions and principles of occupational health and safety and for ensuring the efficiency of individual and collective protective equipment and their use as intended.
- Performing defined processes and practices to manage IT Infrastructure systems, software, and networks to ensure consistent and reliable operation to meet the business needs.
- Organizing, preparing and carrying out work of IT Infrastructure Department, taking into account the protection of employees against accidents at work, occupational diseases and other diseases related to the conditions of the working environment and taking into account the recommendations of the doctor who carries out health care for the employees.
- Create and maintain documentation of IT Infrastructure processes, procedures, plans, and configurations.
- Compliance with Ceva group standards and requirements .
- Contact and cooperation with employees of IT personnel and IT departments in other departments of the company.
- Direct cooperation with the Regional IT Infrastructure Department of Ceva group.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Degree studies.
- 5 or more years of IT Specialist role.
- 3-5 years of IT Team management.
- Strong expertise within functional domain or technology.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Networking skills.
- Servers maintenance and handling skills.
- Ability to influence effectively and negotiate effectively.
- Able to communicate effectively in English Language both orally and in writing.
- Able to communicate effectively in local language both orally and in writing.
- Able to resolve conflicts.
- Excellent client-facing and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent team leader and networker.
