  • Management and responsibility for the assigned shift in the warehouse, control and supervision of the correctness of individual activities in the assigned section, setting daily targets and control of their implementation.
  • Responsibility for the smooth handover of the shift to the team leader of the next shift. Regular communication between shifts and departments.
  • Monitoring and evaluating team performance and ensuring that the required KPIs are achieved and continuously optimized. Daily, weekly and monthly reporting of the assigned shift results.
  • Identifying, supporting and assisting in resolving challenges, issues related to daily activities or employees.
  • Continuously monitoring team leaders, coaching, motivating and developing their talents, expertise and teamwork to maximize motivation and commitment.
  • Providing information, feedback and opinion on the appraisal of subordinate employees.
  • Scheduling leaves, tracking Team Leaders attendance, reviewing records and approving requests in the attendance system.
  • Training and onboarding support for new employees in collaboration with the training department, meetings with leaders on a regular basis, preparing action plans
  • Daily cooperation with Workforce planning department and Team Leaders in shift and headcount planning.
  • Responsibility for the equipment in the assigned workplace, checking them daily and ensuring any faults are reported, submitting repair/replacement requests.
  • Responsibility for compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and all internal rules by the given shift employees.
  • Checking the cleanliness and order of the workplace.
  • Co-creating workflows and optimizing them. Monitoring compliance with norms and standards in processes.
  • Active participation in ongoing projects and their implementation into practice
