YOUR ROLE

 

At CEVA Logistics, we are at the forefront of innovation, delivering cutting-edge solutions to enhance business efficiency and performance. We are currently seeking a talented and driven Business Process Excellence Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals passionate about optimising processes and driving continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment.

 

Due to the nature of the role covering the UK Ireland and the Nordics we are looking for a candidate within the Midlands area due to occasional travel to our Head Office in Ashby-de-la-Zouch.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

As a BPE Engineer, you will play a key role in analysing, designing, and optimising business processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, implement process changes, and track the effectiveness of these improvements. This position requires a strong understanding of business processes, data analysis, and a passion for driving operational excellence.

 

  • Support sites in their growth and development through deployment of the Site Classification Assessment, Kaizens, PRIMO and Improvement Waves.
  • Provide support in re-engineering and improving upon existing operational solutions, including on-site operational assistance.
  • Support Solution Design in reviewing final stage solutions prior to submission and Business Development with preparation of LEAN material.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process automation solutions.
  • Promote the LEAN and Continuous Improvement culture throughout the business and the sharing of best practices and innovations.
  • Monitor process performance and recommend adjustments as needed based on data analysis and performance metrics.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

Our ideal candidate will have proven continuous improvement experience and used to working in LEAN and Six Sigma environments, within a 3PL setting. Good analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role with excellent attention to detail and ability to make decisions on complex issues and business requirements.
