YOUR ROLE

 

Our Shared Services team based in Ashby de la Zouch is looking for HRSS Administrator. This role supports with all aspects of the employee life cycle such as processing new starters, leavers, contractual changes, reference requests, payroll, TUPE in and out, and redundancy calculations. 

 

This role offers a hybrid working policy working Monday - Friday.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

Reporting into HR Shared Services Team Leader no two days are ever the same in this role! You will be working alongside your colleagues to ensure the businesses’ requests relating to the HR processes are actioned in a timely manner, paying close attention to detail and accuracy.

 

On a day-to-day basis, you may be processing new starters and leavers and updating their employee files. You will be drawing up contractual paperwork and sending this out via DocuSign, initiating reference requests for our new starters, supporting our HR Business Partners with TUPE in and out procedures. This role also involves redundancy calculations, supporting managers and colleagues with general queries, and any other administrative duties where required.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and forward-thinking administrator. This role requires a strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to manage multiple workloads and processes. Confident user in Microsoft office packages including Excel and is it preferred if you have previous experience working within a Shared Services team, but not essential as full training is provided.
