Senior reporting analyst

As a Reporting Analyst you will be working as part of Data Analysis & Reporting team, this role will be working closely with key stakeholders in the business to provide analysis and data solutions to support their ongoing business strategy.


This role will involve interpreting trends, creating data models to provide insights, optimizing data retrieval and developing dashboards, reports and visualizations.


Provide ongoing leadership to stakeholders in ensuring alignment to customer expectations and CEVA agreed standards of performance, as well as experienced analytical support and engage best practice solution, implementation and presentation for current business.


The role is based in our head office in Ashby-de-la- zouch, however, remote working is something that can be offered. It will be a Monday to Friday position,




  • Effective and efficiently communicate with all stakeholders
  • Manage disruptions and crisis that presents risk to the supply chain
  • Track compliance performance of 3PL providers and carriers
  • Support the preparation of periodic reporting, monthly reviews and quarterly business reviews
  • Ensure completion of all analysis tasks in accordance with agreed timescales
  • Implement corrective actions as necessary to prevent/address issues as they arise
  • Conduct solution operational reviews to gain operational sign off




  • Strong IT skills in Microsoft office
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Interpersonal skills to manage and motivate workforce and others
  • Expirence in a similar role
  • Understand cross-functional business processes
  • Global supply chain management knowledge (desirable)
  • Diploma or equivalent/higher in business management or supply chain management freight forwarding experience and a thorough understanding of global transport logistics (air/ocean/ground/rail)
  • Team player with a well-developed leadership style and pleasant personality
  • Knowledge of Transportation/warehousing management systems
  • Positive thinking, independent and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
