YOUR ROLE

 

This position will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of employee benefits, compensation plans and recognition programs. The reward administrator is essential in facilitating CEVA's compensation and benefits programs.

 

This is a Monday – Friday position offering a hybrid working policy.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • Assist in the administration of CEVA employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
  • Support with all reward communications, including announcements on new benefits and initiatives.
  • Maintain and update compensation data in the HR system.
  • Coordinate with benefit providers to resolve employee issues.
  • Assist in the management and administration of compensation programs, including the annual pay review, bonus plans, and other incentive programs.
  • Oversee the reward team mailbox, ensuring efficient communication and resolution of inquiries.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical skills and a passion for ensuring our reward systems and processes allow us to fairly and competitively reward all of our colleagues. You will have an administrative background, gained within HR or Reward and have the ability to manage large amounts of data. Due to the nature of the role it is essential you have excellent communication skills and a proficient user in all Microsoft applications.
