Our Transport Centre of Excellence team who sit within our Ground & Rail product are looking for a passionate TMS Superuser to lead the implementation of our cutting-edge Transport Management System (TMS) across the UK.

In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure the system is fully utilised and optimised while providing ongoing support to enhance operational efficiency and deliver outstanding results.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

 

Reporting into the Senior General Manager you will act as a key contact for all system users. Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Configuring the system and providing first-line user support
  • Managing and maintaining system master data
  • Suggesting TMS improvements to drive continuous system enhancements
  • Creating and managing test scripts, coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), and overseeing test sessions
  • Building strong relationships with operational users and key stakeholders
  • Assessing user skills and delivering training as needed to improve system use
  • Developing and maintaining training materials and user guides

 

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

 

To be successful in this role you will have strong technical knowledge of multiple transport management systems and integration solutions, techniques, and processes. Experience with Paragon or INES system is desirable. You will have a background in logistics or transportation ideally within a 3pl environment.

It goes without saying that you will be a natural communicator, influencer and problem solver with the  ability to collaborate with cross functional teams ensuring common team objectives, goals and milestones are met.

 

 This role will see you working Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 from the office based in Coventry however flexibility is required due to national travel.
