YOUR ROLE

The Transport Business Improvement Degree Apprentice will play a crucial role in supporting the continuous development and improvement of operational efficiency, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction within the transport and logistics sector. This role combines academic learning with hands-on practical experience as part of the TCOE team, driving improvements, analysing trends and implementing solutions that contribute to business growth.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Assist in enhancing transport operations, ensuring safety compliance and supporting the continuous improvement of transport and logistics processes, contributing directly to the company's growth and operational goals.

Throughout your 4-year Degree Apprenticeship you will gain knowledge, hands on experience and exposure to all areas of a transport operation such as driver safety, compliance, systems, continuous improvement and collabration. All your experience on the job will play a key part in evidencing your knowledge, skills and behaviors required as part of your degree.

In order to be accepted onto the apprenticeship, you must have achieved a minimum of 2 GCSE’s grade C/4 or above in Maths and English and have a minimum of 3 A Levels.
