YOUR ROLE

 

Our high-profile customer, based in London NW10 has the need for a Warehouse Supervisor (Nights) to join their operations team. Due to the nature of the customer on site there will be a 3-month vetting process for the successful candidate before your start date.

 

The role follows a Monday to Friday shift pattern, 00:00 am - 08:30am.

 

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a dedicated team of warehouse colleagues.

You will ensure that all processes are followed precisely, while promoting a health and safety culture and cross-training within the team to provide coverage across various areas as needed.  

 

You will oversee team development and skills tracking, enhancing succession planning and reducing risks. You will take part in site audits and management meeting and ensure continuous improvement on site.

 

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

Our ideal candidate will come from a fast-paced warehousing environment and will have previous experience in coordinating or managing a team.

You will be resilient and motivated and be able to work well as part of a team or alone and use your initiative to solve problems. You will possess excellent communication and engagement skills, able to build strong relationships with operational teams and the client. It is also essential that you are an excellent team player with a high attention to detail.

 

Due to the nature of the role and customer security clearance it is essential for the successful candidate to have resided in the UK for a minimum of 5 years.
