YOUR ROLE

 

Support the improvement and roll-out of the Project Management methodology, tools, and systems from a functional or technical perspective. Drive standardization across the organization.
Provide support and guidance to local Project Managers and countries. If required, close follow-up of CL projects, such as the implementation of new customers, relocations of operations, facility construction, optimization of existing operations or strategic internal projects, according to the CL CEVA’s ZDS (Zero Defect Start-up) Project Management Methodology.

 

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • Ensure compliance with the CEVA CL Project Management methodology across the organization for the projects in scope, provide support and guidance to local teams to ensure an effective implementation and administration.
  • Improving and updating the CL CEVA Project Management methodology to obtain the Best-in-Class implementation results for our customers, training, and coaching local teams to ensure its roll-out and global standardization.
  • Developing, improving, and supporting the implementation of standard tools and systems inside our Project Management methodology, and ensure staff is trained and committed on its utilization.
     
  • Spread awareness about the Project Management methodology across the different levels of the organization and communicate to all stakeholders involved.
  • Support on-going projects, that may include different areas of CL Project Management (budgets, timelines, materials, personnel, and other project requirements), receives direction, and presents information to management; may develop and manage areas that are moderate in scope or impact.
  • Support on the development and alignment of Global / Regional / Country business implementation projects including project communications, reporting, and agenda of working group to steering group level.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • College, professional or university degree in project management, engineering or business studies.
  • Typically at least two years of experience in Project Management or warehousing operations
  • Understanding and success in the development and implementation of programs and strategies in a similar global environment
  • Excellent planning, time management, collaboration, decision making, organization, presentation, influencing and negotiating skills.
  • Developing, implementing and interpreting policies and procedures as well as applicable laws, rules and regulations
  • PC skills; Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experienced in recognized project management methodology

 

Desirable

 

  • Experience in IT
  • Experienced in financial and resources management.
  • Thorough understanding of logistics/supply chain operations and related operational and business requirements and best practices.
  • Experienced in project management software
  • Speaking another language, especially Spanish or French
