PRODUCT OWNER

 

Based in Pozuelo, Madrid (Spain).

 

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

The FVL Product Owner will drive the development and delivery of high-quality applications and features. You will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, gathering requirements from stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of the digital platform. Your focus will be on maximizing customer value and driving business outcomes.

 

Main missions:

 

  • Product Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the digital platform, aligning it with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, customers, and development teams, to gather and prioritize requirements for new features and enhancements.
  • Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain the product roadmap, outlining the sequence of features and releases to achieve the strategic goals of the digital platform.
  • Agile Planning and Prioritization: Work closely with Agile development teams to prioritize and plan sprints, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software releases.
  • User Stories and Acceptance Criteria: Create and manage user stories, detailing the specific functionality and acceptance criteria, to guide the development process.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with business stakeholders, customers, and end-users to gather feedback, validate requirements, and ensure the digital platform meets their needs.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with UX designers, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and smooth execution of development activities.
  • Feature Delivery: Monitor and track the progress of feature development, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and enhancements to the digital platform, driving a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Product Performance and Analytics: Monitor and analyze key metrics and user feedback to measure the performance of the digital platform and identify areas for optimization and enhancement.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • +3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, driving the development and delivery of digital products or platforms.
  • Fluent English and proven practice.
  • Desirable business context/experience in Vehicle logistics.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Experience in gathering requirements, creating user stories, and managing product backlogs.
  • Proficient in translating business requirements into technical specifications and guiding development teams accordingly.
  • Available to travel eventually to Paris.
