YOUR ROLE

 

Are you passionate about leading the PMO services for the CoE FVL (Finished Vehicle Logistics) organization within CEVA IT? Would you like to take care of the overall Project Portfolio Governance process as well as the project management framework and project execution for the IT projects?

 

If so, we have the opportunity to work as our Global PMO for the FVL business of CEVA Logistics.

 

This role is open in Puteaux, Paris and Madrid, Spain.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
 

For Project Governance you will be:

  • Ensuring a correct project intake and project closure.
  • Performing Stage Gate Reviews during the project.
  • Collaborate with other departments leaders to define, prioritize and develop projects.
  • Representing COE FVL within the CEVA IT Global PMO group, making sure their needs are addressed and considered within the CPM framework and governance model.
  • Implementing and enforce CPM within its area of responsibility.

 

In Resource Management you will:

  • Resource planning on projects
  • Supporting resource on- and off boarding
  • Organization and control of (legal/HR) compliancy elements of hiring and placement of (external) resources

 

In Finance & Reporting you will be:

  • Analyzing PMO Qlik Sense dashboard to identify potential project delivery issues and provide timely reports to Stakeholders for corrective action
  • Creating monthly Management Pack

 

Training and Development:

  • Providing CEVA Project Management Governance and tool training
  • Inducting new team members into the standards, process and tools used within CEVA IT and ensuring the team is staffed to handle the project workload and accomplish team goals in line with business/global objectives

 

Tool Support:

  • Clarity until migrated, then Orchestra (Project Management System)
  • SharePoint Online
  • Teams
  • Qlik Sense

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • You have minimum 3 years PMO experience
  • You have good documentation, administration, and leadership skills
  • You have good knowledge of project lifecycle
  • Experience in working in an IT support environment is a plus
  • You have proven analytical skills and attention to detail
  • You are pragmatic with sense of urgency
  • You have the ability to motivate others and to delegate tasks
  • You can work with all levels of management and communicate appropriately
  • Experience with Qlik Sense, Orchestra is a plus
  • PMI/Prince2 Certified Knowledge is a plus
  • You have Agile Knowledge
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
