Would you like to manage and provide insights on strategic initiatives / projects or customer engagement from a technical or expertise perspective? Would you like to lead projects and your team to ensure business goals are met?

If so, we have the opportunity to work as our IT Field Support Manager at CEVA Logistics.

 

The role is open in Madrid, Spain.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • You will manage and provide insights on strategic initiatives / projects or customer engagement from a technical or expertise perspective by monitoring, participating, testing, collaborating, facilitating, optimizing, developing, implementing, evaluating, planning, and identifying strategies.
  • You will provide insight on related functions and functional policies.
  • You ensure that sub-department goals are being met with the highest possible quality.
  • You work closely with key business people as well as internal and external suppliers to ensure appropriate and standard solutions are developed and delivered.
  • You will manage the team and individual contributors and individuals, driving the capabilities of the IT team. You ensure proper allocation of resources.
  • You will apply IT methods, professional knowledge and CEVA standards and practices to complex tasks and situations;
  • You coordinate work performed through internal customers/business partners by defining project requirements, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments
  • You optimise and implement different business applications/ modules for different IT Clusters or multiple sites.
  • You will work with Senior leaders to establish goals and operating plans for the department and you operate within budget parameters.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • You have an educated to degree level or equivalent experience and minimum a few years experience in networking/network design.
  • Having a ITIL qualification is a plus
  • You have in-depth knowledges on IT processes, client requirements, architecture, solutions, and applications.
  • You have project management experience and technical skills and know-how of project management and resource management
  • You have experience in actively managing internal and external customers and suppliers  
  • You have leadership competencies
  • You have good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • You have the ability influence and negotiate effectively
  • You have strong oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English
  • You have a driving license and a car to travel.
