QHSE Coordinator

 

Based in Ciempozuelos, Madrid.

 

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

 

Manage all FVL Spain activities within the scope of Quality and Environment policies, ensuring compliance with Iberia requirements, and reference standards, with the objective of implementing, managing, and improving the performance of the respective Management Systems.

 

Main Responsabilities:

 

  • Results and performance analysis.
  • Monitoring the activities of the quality, environmental, safety, food and pharmaceutical safety management system.
  • Audits.

 

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

 

 

  • 10 years’ experience as QHSE Specialist/Coordinator.
  • Experience with standards: ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001, Codex Alimentarius, ISO 13485 and GDP.
  • Proven record in delivering performance improvements.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Experience of coordinating a training programme.
  • Experience delivering change management through strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Knowledge on environmental legislation, legislation in international and national transport, training techniques and FVL operational activity.
  • Knowledge on management, internal audits and integrated systems management.
  • Language: English C1.
  • IT: Mastery in QHSE IT tools and Office.
