The Technical Lead is responsible to oversee the technical team and its projects. You will analyse project briefs, identify risks and required resources, create work schedules, and write progress reports. To succeed, your technical expertise will need to be matched with an ability to coach and motivate a team, ensuring business goals are met. You will coordinate all developments and ensures the consistency of the platform across projects




  • To assess project briefs to determine the technical parameters and required resources.
  • To manage work / task allocation for your direct reports
  • To identify project risks and formulating strategies to guard against them.
  •  To provide status reports and liaise with senior management and stakeholders.
  • To maintain industry knowledge.
  • To coach and motivate team members.
  • To define and maintain the methodology that is to be followed by all team members when delivering FVL projects.
  • To ensure that the defined methodology is being followed for all projects and to address any deviations from the agreed process.
  • To work with the Delivery Team on defining the FVL work that needs to be completed for new and ongoing FVL projects.
  • To ensure that all team members have the skills needed to implement FVL solution in accordance with the FVL strategy




  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or Business Management or equivalent
  • 5+ years implementation experience in AWS + MongoDB Atlas Environment 
  • 5+ years experience as an application specialist or project manager in the supply chain domain
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and fluent in French
