YOUR ROLE

Control Room Supervisor

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Organising, support and controlling the inbound, outbound or QM (incl. FTE planning to ensure the achieving of capacity plan and targets)
• Monitoring and control of the order flow (wave planning)
• Compliance with SLAs and cut-off times
• Ensuring communication between specialist departments and customers during troubleshooting
• Troubleshooting and analysis of faults in different areas of WH
• Regular preparation of evaluations and reports
• Monitoring and troubleshooting of WCS/SCADA
• Other tasks assigned by the superior related to ensuring of smooth flow and correct processes in WH

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Experience and leadership skills in the area of warehouse

logistics

• Good knowledge of Polish and English languages
• Good knowledge of MS Office apps, in specific MS Excel
• Strong communication skills and analytical abilities
• Skills in strategic business planning and goal setting
• Solution oriented with a high sense of responsibility and ability to make decisions
• Knowledge of indicators and basics of performance evaluation
• Communication skills and customer focused orientation
