YOUR ROLE


Do you have experience in management? Well, you may be the Shift Leader we are looking for.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • Responsible for the coordination of a team of warehouse operatives and coaching the required behaviours (shift briefings, task delegation, effective communication) This is a productive role and will be expected to provide operational support;
  • Management of warehouse processes, organization of ongoing activities related to the functioning of the warehouse, including stock control and cost control;
  • Ensure  technical  condition  of  machines,  devices  and  warehouse  equipment  is  maintained;
  • Ensure all staff meet Health and Safety Standards, Fire Protection and Environmental Protection;
  • Carry out routine inspections, quality checks and housekeeping duties as required (5S standards);
  • Verifying compliance with operational procedures / instructions;
  • Realization of the assumed quality and performance goals (KPI);
  • Engaging in the development of new solutions and improvements to optimize processes in accordance with the goals set for a given year (KAIZEN projects).

 

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • At least 3 years of experience in team management;
  • Practical knowledge of supporting warehouse and logistic processes;
  • Pre-intermediate level of English would be an asset;
  • Pre-intermediate level of Russian and Ukrainian would be an asset;
  • Practical knowledge of the WMS system;
  • Good organizational skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Ability to manage and motivate others.
