YOUR ROLE

A Management Trainee will experience all areas of an e-commerce logistics company, take on first projects, and be prepared for taking on leadership or expert tasks following the 16-month programme.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Structured onboarding - induction to the company's basic processes

Going through the site's different departments (Finance/Controlling, HR, BI, Lean, IT, HSE, PMO, etc.)

Possibility to specialize in the program-specific area of choice

Fast induction into the department's respective tasks

Contribute ideas, as well as taking on responsibility for important projects and solve complex tasks

Compile targeted analyses and optimize existing processes to increase productivity and performance

Establish a network within the site and the entire company

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Master's degree, ideally with a focus on Supply Chain Management, logistics or similar studies.
Eagerness to work internationally, flexibility and practical experience from student activities in Supply Chain.

An open, innovative, analytical, communicative, and decisive team player with integrity

Knowledge of at least two of the three company languages (German, English, Polish), and excellent communication skills
