YOUR ROLE
A Management Trainee will experience all areas of an e-commerce logistics company, take on first projects, and be prepared for taking on leadership or expert tasks following the 16-month programme.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Structured onboarding - induction to the company's basic processes
- Going through the site's different departments (Finance/Controlling, HR, BI, Lean, IT, HSE, PMO, etc.)
- Possibility to specialize in the program-specific area of choice
- Fast induction into the department's respective tasks
- Contribute ideas, as well as taking on responsibility for important projects and solve complex tasks
- Compile targeted analyses and optimize existing processes to increase productivity and performance
- Establish a network within the site and the entire company
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Master's degree, ideally with a focus on Supply Chain Management, logistics or similar studies.
- Eagerness to work internationally, flexibility and practical experience from student activities in Supply Chain.
- An open, innovative, analytical, communicative, and decisive team player with integrity
- Knowledge of at least two of the three company languages (German, English, Polish), and excellent communication skills
