YOUR ROLE


As part of Regional Commercial Excellence team, assist Business Development team exceed short-, mid- and long-term goals through Sales Performance Management and efficient processes of Sales Operations. In coordination of Global Commercial Excellence team, enforce right regional sales planning and performance governance, CRM Compliance, Sales Incentive Plan administration, proper customer segmentation, Book of business management and performance reporting.

 

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • To initiate, design, develop, support and execute initiative so as to successfully run Regional Sales Performance management process timely and effectively.
  • Run Regional Sales Incentive Plan Administration
  • Run Annual Individual BD Target setting process
  • Manage CRM Administration within APAC
  • Work closely with Finance to ensure validated traded data are provided to Regional Commercial excellence team timely in defined format for downstream task and action.
  • Data Analytics of BD performance, create value adding data analytics/reports to steer business growth
  • Ensures action Plans are built and executed to aid reaching or exceeding BD KPI Targets
  • Govern data Compliance, notably in terms of CRM Utilization
  • Maintenance of database (BD person individual Customer portfolio in association with target and actual traded data)
  • Ensures organizational compliance with global blueprint and standards
     

 

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

Bachelor’s degree of business administration or Supply Chain or related field of study.

Knowledge of Freight Management and Logistics industry

Experience in administrating Sales Incentive Plan

Experience in Data Management and Analytics
