HR Payroll Specialist

Job Purpose

  • Administration of HMO and Group Life Insurance for the 3 centers (enrollment, deletion, updating of details, reimbursement, death claim, etc.)
  • POC for C&GO concern (expense reimbursement system) for all centers.
  • End-to-end payroll processing, including but not limited to the regular pay run, separate run, and expat payroll.
  • Respond to payroll and benefits inquiries and requests.
  • Payroll system check-in and check-out of new hires and resigned employees
  • HRIS data quality and accuracy maintenance
  • Calculate and upload leave credits for new hires and resigned.
  • Prepare headcount, attendance, overtime analysis, and payroll-related reports as required by different teams.
  • Process SSS Claims and Reimbursement.
  • Attend to employees’ requests such as Philhealth-related documents, and a list of remittance of contributions.
  • Certify SSS and PAG-Ibig loan.
  • Monthly government statutory remittances and reports
  • Finance monthly reconciliation and reports submission
  • 201 maintenance and management
  • Participate/assist in HR activities and engagement.
  • Other HR-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time

 

Education & Qualifications

Human Resources degree level qualifications

Experience

Previous experience as a Payroll Specialist/ professional/ HR Generalist

 

Specialist Knowledge & Skills

*Well-versed in MS Excel

*Knowledgeable about the government statutory rulings and guidelines (BIR, SSS, Philhealth, and HDMF)

*Coordination and good communication skills

Interpersonal & Communication Skills

Managing stakeholders from Supervisors to department heads.
